Paul Jones

Owner & CEO

Paul Jones is the Owner and CEO of the Care Concierge Senior Living Advisors. Paul has dedicated his life to helping others, and has years of experience working with seniors and their families. Paul started in the senior living industry as an Activities Assistant and worked his way up through the ranks – as a Memory Care Director, Community Relations Director, and eventually Executive Director. 


The Care Concierge started as a small, local service and has grown under Paul’s leadership to an advocacy-focused partner and guide for families across the region. Paul has made it his mission to help seniors and their families find the best possible care and services throughout New England, and soon the rest of the country. 

Karen Egan

Karen Egan is a social work professional with 29 years of experience providing direct support to clients and their families in statewide Nursing Home facilities. She is a compassionate advocate with experience coordinating services for families in need, with specialties including: Dementia Care; Coordination of Benefits/Services; Coordination of Discharge Planning; Advanced Care Directive Planning, and more.


Karen has years of experience working in the Nursing Home industry, and has built a network of relationships with community support agencies throughout Rhode Island. As a Nursing Home Navigator with the Care Concierge, she is able to leverage these relationships – and her own deep well of experience – to help families find the right Nursing Home option in Rhode Island.


Karen is also the owner of Karen Egan Senior Care, and offers additional services through that organization.

Michelle Kissinger, RN, BSN

Michelle Kissinger, RN, BSN, is a talented nurse with years of experience supporting seniors and their families. A knowledgable advocate with experience working in both Skilled Nursing and primary care, Michelle brings an enormous amount of valuable support to the people she serves.


As a Nursing Home Navigator with the Care Concierge, Michelle uses her deep experience and compassionate nature to help families find the best Nursing Home option. She is also the owner of Charlestown, RI based Personalized Care Coordination, and offers additional service through that organization.

About Our Process

  • Initial Consultation

    As part of our initial consultation, we want to know all about you and have a full picture of what your needs and desires are for the right senior living option.


    We want to know all about your loved ones: where did they grow up; what jobs did they have; what do they do for fun? These are some of the topics we will explore to help create the perfect community list.

  • Compare Choices & Schedule Visits

    We will develop a list of 3-4 carefully vetted senior care communities which may be a match for what you are looking for. We will not give your information out without your permission; we can be your point of contact for these communities, and organize the move-in process around your schedule to minimize stress.

  • Compare & Decide

    As part of our service to you, we will join you on your visit to as many of the places on our recommended list as you would like. Some families find it helpful to have a person in their corner who understands the senior living world when they tour; however, if you would prefer not to have us along, that's okay too!


    Once you have selected a community, we can continue to serve as your advocate up until the day of move-in. Ensuring the best quality of life is our ultimate goal!
